Our Promise
Money-back guarantee: if your song doesn't capture your story and we can't make it right, we'll refund you.
Standard Orders (7-Day Delivery)
Starter & Deluxe orders: full refund if you cancel within 2 hours — before our writers begin.
- Within 2 hours of purchase: Full refund, no questions asked.
- Between 2 and 24 hours after purchase: 50% refund, as production will have already begun.
- After 24 hours: No refund available, as the song will be complete or in final production.
Express Orders (6H, 24H, 3H, 1H)
Concierge (6-hour) orders enter production immediately and are non-refundable once writing begins.
Because express orders enter production immediately upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds once a payment is confirmed. Please review your order carefully before purchasing an express tier.
Quality Disputes
If you believe the finished song does not reflect the story details you provided, please contact us at hi@tellsong.com within 7 days of delivery. We will review and, at our discretion, offer a revision or partial credit.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at hi@tellsong.com with your order number.
- Include the reason for your refund request.
- We will respond within 1 business day and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
