Subscription & Membership Policy

Available Membership Plans

1. Billing

VIP memberships are billed on a recurring basis as described in the plan details above. Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle. You will receive an email receipt for each charge.

Billing is processed by our payment provider, Dodo Payments, on the recurring schedule configured at checkout for your chosen plan.

2. Free Monthly Song Credit

Monthly members receive one (1) custom song credit per billing cycle. Credits do not roll over — unused credits expire at the end of each cycle. Credits are applied at checkout when logged in to your member account.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you retain access to member benefits through that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in an active billing period.

4. Refunds on Membership Charges

Membership charges are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun and member benefits (including song credits) have been made available. Exceptions may be made at our discretion for billing errors — contact support within 7 days of the charge in question.

5. Annual Plan

Annual memberships are billed once per year. Cancellation mid-year stops future renewals but does not trigger a prorated refund, unless required by applicable law.

6. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change membership pricing. If prices change, we will notify you at least 14 days in advance by email. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
