We provide custom songwriting and music production services. You supply personal details and creative direction; we deliver an original, professionally produced song via digital delivery. Each song is crafted by our music team from the details you share with us.

3. Ordering and Payment

All prices are displayed in USD. Payment is processed securely at checkout. By placing an order you authorize us to charge the displayed amount. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time; changes do not affect existing orders.

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Dodo Payments.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, personal-use license to the delivered song. You may share it privately and use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial licensing (e.g., publishing, sync licensing) requires a separate agreement.

5. Content Guidelines

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates these guidelines without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
